Returns

Customers may return unused course subscriptions within (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the subscription must be unused by the user. Any physical items must be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase. For more information please email us at:

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, we will verify that any subscriptions remain unused and promptly notify you that we have received your request. We will periodically notify you on the status of your refund after verification. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
